Titus County Jail
A 31-year-old Texarkana man met with an undercover Titus County Deputy in the 1200-block of Lakewood Drive in Mt Pleasant and delivered methamphetamine to a deputy. Paul Douglas Baird, II, was arrested and booked into the Titus County Jail for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. It was also found that Baird had an outstanding Parole Violation Warrant.
