Bowie County deputies say a Northeast Texas girl likely went to Longview after leaving a note for her family that she was going to find her birth mother. 15-year-old Haley Renee Foster was reported missing Tuesday after police said she ran away from home last Thursday. Investigators say they have no leads on the teenager’s whereabouts.
