Boy Scouts Failed to Protect Nearly 800 From Sexual Abuse, New Lawsuit Says

A new lawsuit was filed this week against the Irving-based Boy Scouts of America that claims to have uncovered hundreds of previously undisclosed cases of sexual abuse involving scout leaders. Lawyer Tim Kosnoff and other attorneys started airing a commercial earlier this year, urging people to join the lawsuit. Of the 800 people who have joined the suit, about 325 are from Texas.
