Thomas Rhett tells the Daily Mail that he sometimes feels guilty when he tours without his kids. ”I feel like when I’m on the road I do it to provide the best life for my kids and so the guilt kind of subsides a little bit. I can’t wait until I get to see them.”

Garth Brooks tells People magazine that he and Freddie Mercury had many things in common. “The things that Freddie Mercury, this flamboyant entertainer from across the water, had in common with this kid in Oklahoma on a tractor was we were both insecure as hell. Through the music, we found our courage. They influenced me in the music and every time they stepped up in front of the mic or every time they did a show, they did the impossible. And impossible was an everyday thing for them. There’s nobody that sounds like Queen. And that just tells me just how far ahead of their time they were.”

Chris Young tells The Celebrity Cafe that his grandfather taught him about country music. “Just growing up and listening to music with him. I mean, I think he is the reason that I know a lot of Marty Robbins songs and a lot of the history of country music. So I think that was, one, really important for me, kind of knowing where a lot of the music came from and just learning it vicariously through him.”

Maren Morris tells the website Covetuer that she loves high-waisted pants and a crop top. “I just feel comfortable in that type of ensemble onstage. I’m a very petite person. I’m 5’1 so over the years, working with stylists and like, wearing every type of outfit, you figure out what looks good on your body. For me, because I’m so short, I love to elongate my legs. High-waisted, wide-legged pants. I’m a fan of anything ’70s, so I’ve always loved wearing those onstage. The crop top is like, I still want to be able to feel sexy and show some skin, and I’m really proud of my body at this point in my life. I work hard on it. I feel the most myself wearing one.”

Jason Aldean and Brittany Kerr plan to name their daughter Navy Rome when she is born.
