Bryan County Man Arrested After Two-State High-Speed Chase

A Bryan County motorcyclist led deputies on a 120-mph chase from Cartwright, Colbert, Denison and back to Colbert. Anthony Owens, 33, then led officers on a foot pursuit before he was caught. Officers say he was under the influence of alcohol and in possession of methamphetamine.
