Bryan County Man Guilty Of Embezzlement

A Bryan County man pleaded no contest to embezzlement from a children’s baseball league. Justin Alberda received 60 days in the county jail, seven-years’ probation, community service, and restitution. Alberta had been charged with stealing $14,000 from the Durant Kids Baseball League.
