Campbell Man Indicted In Child’s Death

The Hunt County grand jury has indicted Ricky Lee-Trenton Overly of Campbell in connection with the death of 4 year old  Carson Rodriguez.  According to the indictment for injury to a child by omission, Overly failed to get medical attention for the child after he was hurt.  Greenville police have not listed the cause of death as homicide. Overlea  remains in the Hunt County jail under a quarter million dollars bond.
