Candidate Filing For Paris City Council

Two candidates filed the paperwork Wednesday to run for the Paris City Council. Mark Pankaj, a director for the PEDC and a member of the Paris ISD board, filed for District 4, which is currently held by Dr. Steve Clifford, who can’t run again because of term limits. Paula Portugal, who has the District 7 seat on the council, filed for re-election.
