Capital Murder Indictment Handed Down Against Suspect In East Texas Girl’s Murder

24 year old Gustavo Zavala-Garcia of Bullard, the accused murderer of 10 year old Kayla Gomez-Orozco has been indicted by a SMith County grand jury on one count of capital murder.  Last November, Kayla Gomez-Orozco   disappeared from a Bullard church during worship. Her body was found days later inside a well on the suspect’s property.
