Capitol Intruder From Richardson Held Without Bond

Authorities are holding Garrett Miller, 34, of Richardson, without bod. They are accusing Miller of participating in this month’s breach of the U.S. Capitol. The FBI says Miller breached the Capitol on Jan 6 and directed others to assassinate Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. Following a hearing in a Dallas federal courtroom Monday, the judge ordered Miller to remain in jail until trial due to the community’s risk of flight and danger. The court transferred him to federal custody.
