Carrollton Man Arrested In Ardmore For Rape Of 15-Year-Old

Officials arrested a Carrollton, TX man for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old runaway at a motel in Ardmore. Reportedly, 28-year-old Daniel Lara-Lozano is charged with second-degree rape. Investigators say Lara-Lozano and the victim had met for sex at least twice previously. He’s being held under a $50,000 bond in the Carter County Jail.
