Cass County Courthouse Closed Because Of COVID-19

The Cass County Courthouse will be closed this week after an employee tested positive for COVID-19. The closure will not affect early voting. The County Clerk’s Office will still be processing its mail, and anyone who has documents that need recording should mail them. Anyone with further questions may call (903) 756-5071.
