Cass County Jury Convicts Man For Burning GF’s House

Larry Rolin Jurek Cass County Jail

After a two-day trial, a Cass County jury has convicted 64-year-old Larry Rolin Jurek of charges connected to setting his ex-wife’s house on fire. He was found guilty of felony arson, theft of a firearm, and the misdemeanor offenses of criminal trespass of a habitation, and false report to a police officer. Jurek’s sentences total life in prison and $26,000 in fines.
