Cass County Man Jailed In Sulphur Springs

A Hughes Springs man was arrested by Sulphur Springs police on two Morris County charges. 29 year old Dayton Wallace Hargett was charged with unlawful use of criminal instrument and theft of property less than $750. His bonds were pre-set at $4000.
