Titus County Judge Brian Lee reported Sunday morning that the count had seven new COVID-19 cases ending Friday (Sep 18). The cumulative since March is now 1,561 with three patients in Titus Regional Medical Center. The testing number continues to decline as Governor Abbott loosens restrictions.
