Governor Activates Texas National Guard

Governor Greg Abbott has activated the Army National Guard to assist with the Coronavirus pandemic in Texas. Activating the guard means its personnel can help with perform various throughout the state. Healthcare workers and first responders who are members of the Guard are excluded from the activation.
