    Two Found Dead Near Ada Carbon Monoxide Suspected

      Two men were found dead Thursday at a home in the Byng Community near Ada.  Pontotoc County investigators found a gasoline-powered electrical generator had been operating in the hallway and say the men were the victims of carbon monoxide poisoning. Their bodies have been sent for an autopsy.

    Idabel Man Found Guilty Of 1984 Murder

      A McCurtain County jury has convicted an Idabel man in a cold case murder. They found 67-year-old Ernest Lewis guilty of the fatal shooting of Johnny Smith at K.C.S. Lumber Company in Idabel in 1984. Lewis was sentenced to life in prison.
