Welcome Medical Home Team, Dr. Ingrim and Morresa Bain to the Chamber of Commerce

Guests were treated to a fabulous spread of food for the ribbon cutting for Medical Home Team, with Dr. Richard Ingrim and Morressa Bain.  They are a healthcare management company with a unique neighborhood model, aligning office-based physicians with specially trained Mid-Level Providers (Board Certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to complex chronic patients in their homes. Their mission is to care for and nurture seniors, one patient, one home, one family and one community at a time.  They are trying to help provide medical services for patients who have trouble or are unable to go to a Doctors office.  For more information 972-832-3583
