Change Of Venue Granted For Lindale Man Charged With Killing Trooper

A change of venue has been granted to a Lindale man accused of fatally shooting State Trooper Damon Allen in Freestone County. Dabrett Black has been charged with capital murder and faces a possible death sentence. The location of his trial has not yet been determined. A continuance was also granted.
