Change Of Venue Sought For Man Accused Of Killing Ten-Year-Old

Attorneys for the East Texas man accused of murdering a ten-year-old girl in Bullard have filed motions for a change of venue and suppression of statements gained during interviews with investigators. Defense attorneys say 26-year-old Gustavo Zavala-Garcia was not made aware of his rights to an attorney and was denied permission to meet with officials of the Mexican Consulate.
