Charges Dropped Against Child Sex Abuse Suspects

Hunt County prosecutors have dropped child sexual assault charges against a north Texas couple. Derrick LeKeith Roque of Lancaster was accused of continuous sexual abuse of a child and Hellen Ann Holbert of Greenville was accused of aggravated sexual assault of a child.  The DA’s office filed the dismissal in what it called “ The interest of justice.
