Charges Dropped Against Former Rattan Junior High School Teacher

Charges have been dropped against a former Rattan Junior High School teacher accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 17 year old male student. Pushmataha County prosecutors say the boy and his guardian did not want to press charges and the boy said he will not testify in court. 28-year-old Alicia Jobe, resigned from her teaching position the same day the superintendent reported the matter to the Sheriff’s Office.
