Charges Dropped Against Overton HS Principal

After a motion filed by Rusk County’s District Attorney’s Office, they dropped an assault charge against Overton High School principal Jeffery Hogg. They arrested Hogg in September after a student and her mother reported “substantial bruising” after the mother consented to corporal punishment.
