Charges against an East Texas man suspected of killing his 2 year old daughter have been upgraded. 26 year old Aaron Bowling of Longview has been charged with capital murder, and if convicted, now faces life in prison without parole or the death by lethal injection. The baby’s mother, Jamie Nelson is charged with abandoning or endangering a child by omission or felony criminal negligence.
