Child Charged With Smash And Grab Cell Phone Thefts

A 12-year-old Northeast Texas boy is in custody, charged with the smash grab burglaries of four cell phone stores.  Texarkana Police had detained the boy for violating the city curfew turned him over to his parents. After reviewing surveillance videos of the burglaries, detectives realized it was the same boy, and he was arrested and turned over to juvenile authorities.
