The rock band KISS is going to play an underwater concert next month off the coast of Australia. People magazine says the show will take place on a submarine for eight people in an area of the Indian Ocean that is known for having a large number of sharks.
Perez Hilton claims Lori Loughlin is terrified of going to jail because of her college admissions scandal. A source tells Entertainment Tonight, ”Lori’s anxiety is through the roof, she is terrified, and she’s been consumed with trying to put on a happy face but it’s not easy under the circumstances. The college scandal has been the biggest challenge of Lori’s life. She never imagined her public persona would plummet or she could face jail time. This has affected every aspect of her life.”
People magazine says Fixer-Upper stars Chip and Joanna Gaines are opening a hotel in downtown Waco, Texas. The couple hopes to give the hotel a ‘homey’ feel. Chip and Joanna will begin renovating the former 100-year-old county office building in the Fall.
The NY Post says PETA slammed Justin Bieber yesterday for paying $35,000 for a pair of exotic kittens.
They posted: “Baby, baby, baby, nooooooo/ Justin Bieber could inspire his fans around the world to save a life by adopting a cat from a local animal shelter — rather than fueling the dangerous demand for hybrid cats, contributing to the animal overpopulation crisis, and proving that when it comes to helping animals, his stance so far is ‘I don’t care.’”
TVLine says Joel McHale is going to guest star on the final season of ”Will and Grace” as Megan Mullally’s lover ”Phil”. The plot reads, “Will and Grace are convinced that [Phil] has a darker side and ulterior motives, but Karen is too much in love to see it.”
The Star says Nicole Kidman is allegedly trying to set Charlize Theron up on a date with one of Keith Urban’s friends. A source tells the magazine, “Charlize is bored with being single. And Nicole knows every eligible man in Hollywood, from agents to producers to actors, so she’s making potential suggestions. But Charlize is very picky. She jokes that if she finds Charlize The One, she’d better be the maid of honor!”
Life & Style Weekly Magazine claims Ben Affleck’s ex-girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus, may be dating Jon Hamm just to make Ben jealous. A source tells the magazine, ”Shookus and Hamm together are sure to have struck a nerve for Affleck. After all, Ben and Jon know each other well and even starred in The Town together. I wouldn’t be surprised if Lindsay’s going out with Jon simply to make Ben jealous. She’s a smart woman who knows how to play the game.”
Hollywoodlife.com claims Miley Cyrus’s friends are shocked that she and Kaitlynn Carter broke up. A source tells the website, “Miley and Kaitlynn’s relationship has always been genuine and real. They seemed to be getting serious as well, so any break-up is really shocking to hear between these two and had to have been recent.
