Choctaw County Judges Recuse Themselves from Embezzlement Case

Choctaw County judges Jana Wallace, Gary Brock, and Walter Hamilton  have recused themselves from a case involving former Choctaw Electric Co-op CEO Terry Matlock. Matlock allegedly used co-op employees to do work on his private property and used the co-op’s credit card for more than $70,000 in personal purchases. He faces 11 counts of embezzlement and one count of engaging in a pattern of criminal offenses.
