A Hugo Police Officer arrested a man wanted by Choctaw County authorities for more than a month for kidnapping and robbery. There was a police chase before capturing Johnathan Dakota, “BOLO,” Hinsley is accused of using a hammer to rob Jeremy Allen and Ruby Stallings. He held them hostage for about an hour before they managed to escape.
