A manhunt started around 10 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 70 near the Choctaw-McCurtain County line for one of two suspects in recent burglaries and home invasion. Choctaw County deputies tried to pullover Rocky Duncan and his passenger Aaron Victory. Duncan surrendered but Victory reached for his gun and deputies fired at him as he ran off into the woods. He is considered armed and dangerous.
