Two teens charged in a double murder in Choctaw County will soon go on trial in federal court. Ashlie Martin, Chad Voyles, and a third teen were arrested and charged in state court for the murder of Ashlie’s parents, Curtis Martin and Sherrie Pyron, three days before Christmas in 2020. Because of the McGirt ruling, the state dropped the charges and moved the case to federal court.
