Choctaw County Woman Shot

A 29-year-old Choctaw County woman was shot and wounded after at least 15 rounds of ammunition were fired at a house in Hugo. Reportedly, someone shot Heather Chambliss in the arm, but they did not disclose her immediate condition. The shooter fired the shots on the side of her house where her oldest son, the youngest daughter, and father-in-law were sleeping. The family declined to comment on the shooting.
