Churches Suing FEMA

Three South Texas churches, Rockport First Assembly of God, Harvest Family Church, and Hi-Way Tabernacle, have sued FEMA for access to relief funding. The lawsuit claims FEMA violates the Constitution by denying disaster funding to faith-based groups. President Trump is supporting the churches and tweeted that they should be entitled to reimbursement for helping victims of Hurricane Harvey just like other organizations.
