City Council Okays Audit Of Construction Project

The Paris City Council authorized City Manager Grayson Path to enter into negotiations with a Chicago-based civil engineering firm to conduct a third-party audit of the city’s multi-million water and sewer line replacement contract. Engineers working the audit will be looking at what took place during construction and correspondence between staff, the engineering firm, and the contractor.
