City of Reno Enacts Burn Ban

Due to the extraordinary warm weather, the City of Reno has enacted a 7 day burn ban effective immediately and running through November 7. City officials will monitor weather conditions, and barring any major rainfall, may make recommendations at the city council for a long term outdoor burn ban at the next meeting.
