Clarksville And Longview ISDs End Mask Mandate

Clarksville ISD’s board voted to rescind the districtwide mask mandate at its last meeting. Superintendent Kermit Ward recommended they repeal the ruling due to the number of COVID cases shrinking. However, he said the district could return to the mask-wearing policy if patients start rising at a dramatic rate. Longview ISD is lifting its mandate for masks on Nov 20.
