Clarksville Council Awards Contract For New Homes

The Clarksville City council awarded a contract to build seven new homes in the city under the federal government’s HOME program at this week’s meeting. The board chose River Bend Homes of Blossom, which submitted the low bid of $906,500 for the 1,112 square foot houses.
