Clarksville Names New City Manager

The City of Clarksville has named a new city manager. Julie Arrington has been hired, pending the completion of a background investigation. City Secretary Tammy Quick has been serving as interim city manager following the resignation of Shannon Barrentine in August. Meanwhile, ten interviews are scheduled for the vacancy of Police Chief.
