Clarksville Woman Jailed In Titus County

Deputies arrested 37-year-old Shawnda J. Bellamy-Decker, of Clarksville, in Titus County on a warrant for Aggravated Assault with a weapon on a date, household or family member. She was also charged and a Hopkins County warrant on Bond Forfeiture for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She remains in the Titus County Jail on $40,000 bond.
