Closing Arguments Today In Nurse’s Capital Murder Trial

Monday, the defense rested its case in the trial of a former East Texas nurse accused of capital murder. Allegedly, 37-year-old William Davis of Hallsville injected air into the arterial systems of patients while working as a nurse at Christus Trinity Mother Frances Louis and Peaches Owen Heart Hospital in Tyler. As a result, four people died, and several were injured. The court expects closing arguments today.
