Paris Junior College is joining with CMT Empowering Education to present a free concert at the Love Civic Center on July 29. Appearing will be up and coming country star Morgan Myles. Opening for Miles will be Hannah Kirby of Sulphur Springs, who was one of the finalists on “ The Voice”. A resource fair will be held at 5:30 before the concert, and the performances will begin at 6:30.
