Cold Case Murder In Greenville Still Unsolved

A Hunt County double-homicide was reported on May 25 a dozen years ago but no arrests have ever been made in the case. Authorities found 42-year-old  Cora McAbee and 29-year-old Brandon Howell dead in their bed inside McAbee’s home south of Greenville. Both had been shot multiple times. McAbee was the owner of Cora’s Country Café in Cash and Howell owned a lawn and garden business.
