Collin County Fugitive Arrested Trying To Get Into Mexico

The border patrol arrested a man on a manslaughter warrant from Collin County trying to cross the border in Laredo. A U.S. citizen, 19-year-old Jose Angel Quinones, is a suspect in connection with the death of 92-year-old Anita Hood, who died in a traffic crash in May.
