A Collin County man accused of Capital murder for allegedly killing his nine-year-old son last year has died. The Collin County Sheriff’s office confirmed that Ponnazhakan Subramanian (pa-NAZ-ha-CON / SUB-rah-MAN-e-AN), 40, attempted suicide by hanging in his jail cell in early December. He died at a McKinney hospital on January 20 before his trial scheduled this month.
