Commerce Man Guilty Of Evading, Child Endangerment

Michael Bernard Bailey of Commerce has pleaded guilty to evading arrest with a vehicle and endangering a child. A grand jury indicted him for fleeing from a Commerce Police Officer and having a child under the age of 15 unrestrained in the vehicle. No sentencing agreement was made in the case, and a sentencing hearing is set for January 31.
