Commerce Man’s Convictions Upheld for Hopkins County Burglaries

A former Commerce resident who received multiple life sentences for numerous burglaries in Hopkins County has had his convictions and sentences  upheld by the Sixth District Court of Appeals. 31 year old Stanton Wayne Yates will serve the 4 life sentences concurrently.  He still faces burglary charges in Hunt County.
