Commerce Police Investigate Phone Scam

Commerce police are investigating another phone scam targeting East Texans. Potential victims have been told that they shopped at Walmart at least three times, spent at least $10 each time and had won a car. The caller then tries to obtain personal and banking information from the intended victim.
