Commerce Police Investigating Delivery Truck Thefts

Police believe that an unknown person has been targeting UPS and Fed Ex trucks for possible theft.

Detectives recently recovered some packages that they believe were stolen right after they were delivered.  They want the public to be aware that someone may have been possibly following delivery trucks and may have stolen packages without the owners’ knowledge.  If you believe that a package that you have been waiting for arrival may have been stolen, you are urged to contact detectives with the Commerce Police Department at (903)886-1139.
