Community Services of Northeast Texas Adds NE Texas Counties

Community Services of Northeast Texas has added seven new counties to its service area. Those counties are Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar,Delta,  Rains, Red River and Titus .Already in the service area are  Camp, Cass, Marion ,Morris and Bowie counties. Two programs included in the new year are utility bill help for needy citizens and Community Block Grants. CSNT provides a meal delivery program in Harrison and Panola counties.
