Como Disbands Police Department

The Como City Council has voted unanimously to suspend the city’s police department indefinitely. The city’s only officer, Andy Lowen is quoted  in the Sulphur Springs News Telegram as saying he was defunded. New Mayor Jerry Radney reportedly said there will be future discussions about fire protection.
