Confirmed COVID-19 At Two SSISD Campuses

Sulphur Springs ISD announced Wednesday morning that two staff members at Sulphur Springs Elementary School, a teacher and a student at Sulphur Springs Middle School have tested positive for COVID-19. All students and staff that came into close contact will receive a notification as soon as possible. Those in close contact will remain off-campus for up to 14 days to ensure they do not have the virus, and there will not be any further spread.
